My name is Zuzanna Grzywacz. I've been a practicing massage therapist since 2004. This is when I also began six years of study in Chinese martial arts (including Taiji Quan, I Liq Quan, and Qi Gong).

Having discovered that my healing skills were helpful to many of my fellow students experiencing muscle pain, joint pain, or any kind of tiredness and discomfort, I decided to deepen my knowledge, broaden the tools and learn more about classic and Chinese massage.

In 2010 I went to Japan to study under Master Shodo Harada where I practiced Zen for over a decade and received the name Jiko, which means "to cultivate compassion".

During my time in Japan I was introduced to ReiHo - ReiKi, an intuitive energy healing with an emphasis on the state of mind of the person giving, as well as the one receiving, a treatment. I studied with ReiHo Master Taeko Yamamuro for three years.

Sports massage

We recommend that you book a sports massage if one or more muscle groups need extra attention.

A sports massage will help you recover faster, prevent injuries and will benefit your competitive performance. We also help you with the mental and emotional aspect of optimal functioning.

Depth massage

The depth massage is a cousin of the sports massage, and one of the most intensive forms of massage for the therapist. We are not only going to massage your muscles, but also bring pressure and movement near the bones and connective tissue.

The recovery of injured areas is promoted by increasing blood circulation to these sites.

Relaxation massage

The widely loved relaxation massage is the comfort food of the massage techniques. You float away in a cloud of comfort and relaxation.

Relaxation massages are perfect when you are being massaged for the first time. We are guided by what you feel good about.

Music, aroma, colour, and touch. All senses are used to promote your relaxation.

This form of massage is also known as anti-stress massage.

Pregnancy massage

Our prenatal pregnancy massage is performed with the utmost care to benefit the well-being of mother and baby.

We are committed to your relaxation together, a wonderful way to create a safe attachment between you.

Postnatal pregnancy massages help in the physical and emotional processing of the birth.

We know what is possible at any stage of your pregnancy.

4-hand massage

Abundance Within is the founder of this type of massage. If you find it difficult to make time for your own well-being, this massage is optimal. Two therapists take care of your total relaxation at the same time for 30 minutes.

We also hold certificates in other forms of massage such as Lomi-Lomi (Hawaiian) massage and the so-called Japanese massage. However, we do not advertise these because we prefer other forms of massage. Keep in mind that the quality of the therapist is more important than the form of massage.

1. it is best not to eat heavy meals less than two hours before a treatment

2. You may provide feedback to us at any time during the treatment

3. Everything you tell us is subject to our ethical privacy guidelines

4. A shower before the treatment is recommended

5. Check with yourself whether you need to go to the toilet before the treatment

6. you can help the therapy by becoming aware of what is happening in your body

8. If your muscles feel stiff after a massage, this will soon change into relaxation

9. would you like to have your face massaged? Then it is best not to wear make-up
